1. Scope of Services & Community Track
Tech Teens Hub operates across two primary models designed to accelerate technological impact and early financial independence:
Digital Growth Services (B2B / Freelance)
High-performance web development, scalable SaaS cloud architectures, digital brand strategy, SEO, social media management, and online growth acceleration tailored for corporate enterprises, businesses, startups, and individual executive creators.
Student Community & Events (B2C)
Educational skill-acceleration initiatives, technology workshops, virtual and physical hackathons, intensive bootcamps, and peer networking channels dedicated to empowering students and young technologists to transcend classroom syllabi.
2. Client Engagement & Intellectual Property (B2B)
Service Scope & Statement of Work (SOW)
Specific project deliverables, milestones, implementation timelines, and fee structures will be detailed in individual proposal agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed between Tech Teens Hub and the client.
Intellectual Property Transfer
All source code, design systems, graphics, digital collateral, and custom assets engineered for agency clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tech Teens Hub until all outstanding invoices, service fees, and contractual obligations are paid in full. Upon receipt of full and final payment, rights transfer to the client in accordance with the executed SOW.
Revisions & Scope Creep
Any client-requested alterations, additional features, or deliverables exceeding the agreed project scope will incur additional charges billed at our standard hourly or milestone rates as outlined in the engagement contract.
3. Community Rules, Hackathons & Teen Participation (B2C)
Eligibility & Age Policy
Users aged 13 and above are eligible to join the Tech Teens Hub community channels. For participants under 18 years of age, participation in hackathons, workshops, or paid training programs requires the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Community Code of Conduct
All members must maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We strictly prohibit harassment, cyberbullying, unauthorized promotional spam, cheating in competitions, code plagiarism, or posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Intermediary Liability Safe Harbor
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Tech Teens Hub acts strictly as an intermediary for user-generated content in community chat groups, discord channels, and discussion forums. We do not endorse and are not liable for user posts, comments, or shared code snippets, but we retain the right to remove non-compliant content and ban users immediately upon notice.
Hackathon & Event Terms
Event organizers reserve the unconditional right to verify participant credentials, disqualify teams for academic dishonesty or rule violations, and adjust prize pools or event schedules when required by operational circumstances.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Teens Hub, its founder, directors, employees, contractors, or student partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, participation in community events, reliance on educational workshops, or usage of third-party software tools and APIs showcased during events.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, proceedings, or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
